It’s early yet, but my level of exhaustion during the AM workout was pretty astounding. Then again, my trainer kicked my butt yesterday. And then immediately upon getting home from said butt-kicking, I rearranged furniture. So I guess the fact that I am surprised is in itself surprising.
I just nailed my daily FitBit goal a few minutes ago thanks to the handy, dandy treadmill I picked up from a friend. Also, yesterday, I managed a thorough workout that left me sore today despite my broken finger and bum knees/ankles from my fall.
I was much more fashionable earlier today. I had on a lovely coral top and gray pants with my denim jacket and khaki flats. Now, I’m in workout clothes — a white tank top, dark gray knee pants and black/pink sneakers.
Get in a good workout, then enjoy a little HGTV. I find it’s an inspiring way to get the weekend started.
To get back into my workout routine. Between my back and my family troubles, I’ve been out of it for a couple weeks now. I always feel better when I work out, it’s just hard sometimes to get over that initial motivation hurdle.
